Data Deletion Instructions – CONVERTR
Last Updated: March 28, 2026
This page explains how to request the deletion of personal data processed by Convertr in connection with the use of its services or certain third-party integrations, including Meta / Facebook integrations and Google integrations (including Google Calendar OAuth connections).
It is also intended to serve as a data deletion instructions page for the Meta Convertr application and for Google API integrations used by Convertr.
This page primarily concerns:
If you have transmitted your information to a Convertr client company via a Meta Lead Ads form or as part of a campaign run by that client, that company generally remains your primary point of contact for exercising your rights, with Convertr acting then as a data processor.
Depending on your situation, the deletion request may cover in particular:
Deletion only applies to data that Convertr actually processes and which it is authorized to delete.
To request the deletion of your data, you can write to:
Please indicate, as far as possible:
Suggested subject: Data deletion request
You can also remove the application or integration concerned from your Meta / Facebook settings.
The removal of the application or integration does not necessarily, on its own, entail the immediate deletion of all data potentially retained by Convertr; if you wish for deletion, it is recommended to also send a request to the address indicated above.
You can revoke the Convertr application's access to your Google account at any time from your Google account security settings (myaccount.google.com/permissions).
Revoking access prevents Convertr from making any further requests to Google APIs on your behalf. However, revoking access does not automatically delete data already processed by Convertr. If you wish for deletion of Google user data processed by Convertr (including Google Calendar OAuth tokens and any associated synchronization logs), it is recommended to also send a deletion request to the address indicated above.
Convertr processes deletion requests without undue delay and within applicable timeframes.
Convertr may request reasonable additional information necessary to verify the identity of the requester or locate the data concerned.
Certain data may be retained when its conservation remains necessary:
In this case, the data concerned is retained solely for the corresponding purpose and for the necessary duration.
For any request relating to data deletion or data protection:
